The argument is that as Mt. Hermon was the landing in Enoch. Roswell is the same putative landing again in 1948, in New Mexico. This is based on a series of geographical analogies to correlate miles measured in years, Mt. Hermon Baal Gad
with Roswell, NM. One who never heard of Mt Hermon thought it was innocuous enough until learning it was the putative dock of the first ET landing when the Watchers came.
This was back in the BC day of the Book of Enoch. Mt Hermon is 33.33 north and 33.33 east measured
from the Paris Meridian (tough luck for you Greenwich guys), and 2012 nautical miles from
the equator. Roswell, the sacred spot, is # 33 latitude
degrees north and 2012 miles from the equator and 2012 from Paris
(Meridian). What more do you want? When
the latitude 33.28 of Roswell is multiplied by Pi it gives 104, the longitude
of Roswell, at least in 1947.
It has changed since then, as you must know. No word yet on how many kilometers this would
throw us off.
G.
Manly Hall said civilization has “a secret destiny” 33 degrees from the Paris Meridian where the
number 33 is sacred among the illuminites. Swear by what those sages wrote round the Mareotic Lake, says Yeats, swear by those women, superhuman, swear by Jonathan Swift. It sounds much like in the X Files. Didn't they land at Mr. Hermon again, right before Israeli statehood in 1948, and get an early
start to another mystery? Pi x 33! Pix!
In order to get the distance right, a nautical mile is 1852
meters, being a mean of the sea mile at 1852.3, about 1,861 meters at the poles and 1,843 meters
at the Equator. The
geographical mile is equal to one minute of arc of longitude
along the Equator: which is equal to approximately 1855.4 m for the International
(1924) Spheroid,[5] that is, approximately 1855.325 m for the WGS 84
ellipsoid. A telegraphic mile is that
rounded to the length of a minute of arc along the Equator... A data mile is an approximation designers of radar systems use for ballistic, cruise
and anti-ship missiles of NATO navies, 6,000 feet (1,828.8 m) as their equivalent of a
nautical mile. In the Royal Navy, this is also known as a data mile. Do ETs travel in “miles”? All these numbers
keep appearing,
The distance from Roswell to Washington DC
is 1649 miles. Its distance to the New
Mexico state capital is 179 miles. (as the crow
flies).
Roswell is
positioned 33.37 degrees north of the equator and 104.52 degrees west of the
prime meridian. Mt Hermon is 33°24'38"N, 35°51'26"E. Compare these for your own clue.
In the results of
that voyage in these
tales that the watchers are coming neglects to say Mr. Hermon was
where Moses killed Og, a place of a great victory and that Mt Hermon sets the watershed
of all Israel
including the Sea of Galilee.
Names change but the scene
remains the same. Gilgamesh called Mount Hermon by its name, the Garden of the Gods. He
passed near Mount Hermon in the Epic
of Gilgamesh, tablet nine, where it was called Saria by Sumerians,
"Saria and Lebanon
tremble at the felling of the cedars."
In the Book of Enoch, Hermon is the place where the Grigori ("Watcher") class of fallen angels descended Earth, not in Oregon as some have said. They swore upon the mountain that they would take wives from the daughters of men and return, which mountain
summit is called Saphon in Ugaritic texts
where the palace
of Baal is located
in myth. Har Habtarim is a noteworthy
Hermon site 1,296 meters above sea level on the slopes of
Katef Sion. According to tradition, this is where God promised Abraham that He
would give the land to his descendants. The high places of Mount Hermone used on Mount Ba'al-Hermon (Judges 3.3) in Canaanite rituals were also called Mount
Siyon (Deuteronomy 4.48).
The Site of Baal Peor is also under review as BAAL-GAD (Heb. בַּעַל גָּד), the northernmost point conquered by Joshua
(Joshua. 11:17; 12:7) and, accordingly, the "lands that yet remain"
(i.e., that the tribes did not conquer), which extend "… from Baal-Gad under
Mount Hermon to the entrance of Hamath" (Joshua. 13:5) or, as in a
parallel passage "… from Mount Baal-Hermon to Lebo-Hamath" (Judges.
3:3). This biblical
locality below Mount Hermon was apparently sacred to *Gad, the god
of fortune, where the name of the locale suggests "Baal is fortune." The exact location of
Baal-Gad described as Baal-Gad is not known on purpose to prevent the millions who would flock there for their fortune, but sources
clearly indicate that it must be situated in the southern part of the
Lebanon Valley, at the foot of Mount Hermon, not far from Dan. The Vegans have proposed to identify it with Ḥaṣbayyā on the Ḥasbani River.
Old Testament Word Study:
ציים
In the hypothesis of Peter Goodgame, also a pseudonym, the Hebrew
ציים siyyim (or tsiyyim) and
צים siym (tsiym) refers to fallen angels that rule over the nations of the world.
Dictionary of Deities and
Demons in the Bible, 1999, pp 897-898 accounts for the Wild Beasts there. Gilgal Rephaim the Circle of Og belonging to the King of Bashan, according to CK Quarterman, indicates with Isaiah 65.11 that they that forsake Yahweh, that forget "My holy mounatin, that prepare a table for the deity of Fortune, and that furnish the drink-offering to Destiny, will drink another destiny." Baal of Fortune is a place near Mt. Hermon sacred to בַּ֫עַלBaal.
Josh. 12:7 And these are the kings of the country which Joshua and the children of Israel smote on this side Jordan on the west, from [H1171] Baal-gad in the valley of Lebanon….
H1171 ba'al gad [bah'-al gawd] = from H1168 and H1409; Baal [LORD] of FORTUNE; Baal Gad, a place in Syria: - Baal-gad.
Isa. 65:11: But ye are they that forsake YAHUWAH, that forget my set-apart mountain, that prepare a table for that [H1408] troop, and that furnish the drink offering unto that [H4507] number.
v.12: Therefore will I number you to the sword, and ye shall all bow down to the slaughter: because when I called, ye did not answer; when I spake, ye did not hear; but did evil before mine eyes, and did choose that wherein I delighted not.
H1408 Gad gad = a variation of 1409; FORTUNE, a BABYLONIAN DIETY:--that troop.
H4507 Mniy men-ee' = from 4487; the Apportioner, i.e. FATE (as AN IDOL):--number.
BA'AL GAD of the ancient Canaanites was their GOD of FORTUNE. The forsaking of YAH and false worship of IDOLS runs throughout the largely faithless history of Israel and prevails today.
The prophet YeshaYahu (Isaiah) prophesies of his day and the end-times when the people of YAH are still making their offerings, serving their IDOLS of [H4507] FATE and [H1408] FORTUNE, later called TYCHE by the ancient Greeks and FORTUNA by the Romans.
This false worship by diligent pursuit of GOOD LUCK or 'Bon Chance' (Fr.) pervades the SUPERSTITIONS of people in our day
Ben Bulben: " Ba’al (Bel, Belos), that began the unsightly renditions of G. Manly Hall with his Yeats to-do, was the ancestral and national deity of the Semites, the founder of Babel (Babylon), according to secular history, identified with Zeus, Jupiter, Ammon, Asshur, Assur, Kronos, and Bel-Marduk. Graf Welhausen. Morris Jastrow, Max Müller, and W. H. Roscher all agree: Baal is the Babylonian sun deity. The Ba’als of the nations were sun deities, and Ba’al worship means sun worship."
Wishing good luck to someone then is a recommendation of Baal.
WHO OR WHAT IS BAAL?
To find the answer to this question, a good place to begin is the Dictionary.
#1167 ba’al, bah’al; from 1166; a master; hence a husband, or (fig.) owner (often used with another noun in modification of this latter sense):- + archer, + babbler, + bird, captain, chief man, + confederate, + have to do, + dreamer, those to whom it is due, + furious, those that are given to it, great, + hairy, he that hath it, have, +horseman, husband, lord, man, + married, master, person, + sworn, they of.
Now, if these were the only uses of the word baal, we really couldn’t complain, could we? Why? Because even Scripture reveals that YHWH was a husband to Israel (cf. Isa. 54:5; Jer. 31:32). This in Hebrew, would be, "YHWH is baal to Israel." Thus, baal is used in a good sense. But this is not the only usage of the word, as we shall show.
#1168 ba’al, bah’al; the same as 1167; Baal, a Phoenician deity:-Baal, (plur.) Baalim.
Here we find another Baal, a bad one, a false deity. Can we find out more about this false deity? Yes, let me quote page 1212 in the Explanatory Notes of The Scriptures:
Ba’al: This word it seems, gradually became a proper name. A similar Semitic word derives from the Aryan root Bhal, which means "to shine," according to some. According to W. H. Roscher’s well-known lexicon of mythology, Ba’al (Bel, Belos) was the ancestral and national deity of the Semites, and says that Ba’al was the founder of Babel (Babylon), according to secular history. He is identified with Zeus, Jupiter, Ammon, Asshur, Assur, Kronos, and Bel-Marduk. Morris Jastrow, Max Müller, and W. H. Roscher all three agree: Baal is the Babylonian sun deity. The Ba’als of the nations were sun deities, and Ba’al worship means sun worship.
Quite revealing isn’t it? Now, would YHWH appreciate it if we called Him after the name of a false deity? A closer look at a couple of Scriptures will answer that question easily! Let us see just what the Mind of YHWH is in regards to the above question.
"And in all that I have said to you take heed, and make no mention of the name of other mighty ones, let it not be heard from your mouth," Ex. 23:13.
"...And make no mention of the name of their mighty ones, nor swear by them, nor serve them, nor bow down to them," Josh. 23:7.
YHWH has explicitly spoken to us, by the above verses of Scripture, not to mention the name of the other mighty ones, even to the point that they not be heard coming out of our lips. So the answer to our question is: NO! YHWH would not be pleased if we called Him by the name of any other mighty one! So YHWH would not be pleased if we called Him Baal in the bad sense. But, how is it that we can call Him baal in a good sense and be right, but yet use the same word, and it be in a wrong sense, causing YHWH'S anger to burn against us? What is the answer to this apparent contradiction of YHWH'S word?
#1167 Baal is...(often used with another noun in modification of this latter sense)...
But what does this mean? To find the answer we need to research a few more Scriptures that will shed much needed light on the subject. The three Scriptures I want us to look at relate to a place in Syria called Baal Gad.
"Thus Joshua took all this land: the mountain country, and all the South, and all the land of Goshen, and the low country, and the desert plain, and the mountains of Yisrael and its low lands, from Mount Halak that goes up to Seir, and as far as Baal Gad in the valley of Lebanon below Mount Hermon…," Josh. 11:16-17.
"And these are the kings of the land which Joshua and the children of Israel smote beyond the Jordan, on the west, from Baal Gad in the valley of Lebanon as far as Mount Halak that goes up to Seir, which Joshua gave to the tribes of Israel as a possession according to their divisions," Josh. 12:7.
"And the land of the Gebalites, and all Lebanon toward the sunrise, from Baal Gad below Mount Hermon as far as the entrance to Hamath," Josh. 13:5.
Have you noticed that in each of the above quoted texts reference is made to a place called Baal Gad? Just what and where was this place called Baal Gad? Let’s again go to the Strong’s Hebrew Dictionary for the answer.
#1171 Baal Gad, bah’al gawd; from 1168 and 1409; Baal of Fortune: Baal Gad, a place in Syria: Baal-gad.
Now that wasn’t much of an answer was it? We still haven’t found out who or what Baal of Fortune was. Let us dig deeper to find out the truth by looking up the reference that was given under Strong’s #1409 for more light.
Lesson One of Baal
There was a difference between the kings of Judah
and of Israel
over worship. Ahab of Israel went after Baal, but sought alliance with Judah to take Ramoth-gilead away from Syria by war.
But Ahab had bad luck with prophets, especially with Elijah (I Kings 21.20),
who said Ahab got stirred up by his wife Jezebel and sold himself
"abominably," Baal Peor being a particularly disgusting worship.
That's no way to celebrate Christmas. To convince Judah of this alliance Ahab brought
in four hundred prophets of his own to foretell a good result. These four
hundred said that "Adonai shall deliver it," but Adonai is a word for
Baal. Jehoshaphat of Judah said, Is there not here a prophet of Yahweh besides,
that we might inquire of him? (22.7) There was one, Micaiah, but he was
not the cooperative sort.
So those big kings all put on their royal robes to meet in the Samaria gate. They sat
down in their thrones on the threshing floor as Micaiah told them of a
similar counsel held by Yahweh, surrounded by the "host of
heaven" (19). Micaiah says he saw Yahweh seeking someone to persuade Ahab
and lead him to his destruction, since Judah was preventing it. "A
lying spirit" volunteered. Good to know these are always around. Back at
the Samaria
gate Micaiah said, "Yahweh has put a lying spirit into the mouth of all
these prophets" (22.23). Zedekiah, the prophet leader, hit Micaiah in the
face and Ahab put him in prison. The two kings went to battle with Syria, but Ahab
in disguise was killed. The lying spirit brings many more colorful fulfillments
of Micaiah's speech at the end of I Kings, but Jehoshaphat of Judah did
survive, however he did not take away "the shrines" where incense was
burned. But give him credit. He did remove the "male temple
prostitutes," got kicked off Facebook for doing it. These had remained
from the reign of his father, Asa. Can you imagine America taking away its male
prostitutes, porn shops and child murder stores?
In those days healing ministries and prophecy were much sought. Prosperity
had not yet been invented. You would think Israel a righteous, faithful nation
except it was governed by the son of Ahab, Ahaziah. This "King of
Samaria," sent to "Baal-zebub the idol of Ekron" to get
healed. An "angel of Yahweh" told Elijah to message the
heralds of Ahaziah before they arrived at Baal. His text was, "is it not
because there is not an Elohim in Israel that you go to inquire of
Baal?" (II Kings 1) He tells the messengers that Ahaziah will die and then
sits down on top of this hill. Two troops of fifty are burned up before a third
seeks him to be brought before the king. Elijah goes and the king dies.
Do you think it odd that after Ahab, not Captain Ahab from Moby Dick, but
the original Ahab died, that his son Ahaziah fell through a lattice in the
upper chambers and got "sick," sent to ask if he would
recover? Healing again. Zoharites have a field day with lattice and
"sick," as if lattice were a time/space matrix and sick the condition
of life for those who do what they want. Ahaziah asked Baal-zebub, idol
of Ekron, [Akron!)
to foretell the future.
He didn't have a web bot on, or an I Ching or decks of cards, what else
could Ahaziah do? Some people foretell by numbers, some letters, some tea
leaves or the way sticks fall, flights of birds, shadows in the mall. It goes
on. But the angel of Yahweh intervened. An exhaustive list is forthcoming with
all the interventions done with double negatives posed by Elijah, sent by the angel:
is it not because there is not an Elohim in Israel that you go to inquire of
Baal-zebub the idol? Somebody has underlined Israel
in this text and written over next to it, Is
it not because there is not an Elohim in America that you go to inquire of Baal-zebub
the web bot? Yes, it is. But Ahaziah got his answer: "your goose is
cooked. Go die."
This isn't just about divination, idols, kings, prophets with a hairy mantle
and a leather girdle. Elijah the Tishbite burned up two companies of fifty
before a third, humbler, took Elijah back to the king, where he told him he
would die. And he died. II Kings 1. That is Lesson One of Baal.
