Kafka’s captured ape in Report to an Academy is prophetic of more than extraordinary rendition. It develops human consciousness and acquires language while held as a prisoner in a cage on a ship. This is transaping, as in Planet of the Apes, the prequel, which parables point to increasing human intelligence, exactly to what end and for what reason is not known, except that it could be done. To make life easier is the best guess. Does intelligence do that? Or does intelligence just increase doubt. Without doubt how can it be intelligence anyway, without questioning itself? Intelligence is not knowing, it is not knowing and knowing it. When intelligence ceases to question it has become....a design of huge proportion limited to designated tasks: a robot. If it won’t do the task it is removed, has no purpose. Intelligence lacking an appreciation of what it is not is a robot. There's your ape! Which suggests that a superior  theory of intelligence is grounded in compassion and empathy not to do harm, not to control, but to contradict. Naively, not to control, intelligence is preeminently choice and choice has effects, a brilliant scientist who makes a trillion trillion brain makes himself and all he is extinct.

Not that it can be proved, because these agencies cover their tracks, the same governments and agencies dumbing them up are simultaneously dumbing them down. If that sounds like Joseph Mengeles on scopolamine does it strike you as hopeful that the top 10 evil experiments were all conducted in the 20^th century? Scopolamine is a drug of choice for disorientation of prisoners at Guantanamo. As many as a million alters in the U.S., some say ten million, the Monarch alters read like a Hollywood script yet to be filmed, dozens and dozens of cages stacked on top one another, like in Planet of the Apes, except holding children captured from the mean streets and subjected to trauma based mind control to make structured multiple-disordered minds (MPD). This is the vision also in Doris Lessing's, Ben. It is said that the original reason for the name Monarch was that when the traumatized children had their legs tied during electro-shock they thought they were butterflies as their alters (personalities) formed. Probably their arms and legs flapped. Multiple takes on this appear from the Manchurian Candidate to Doll House to Black Swan, for it is always the purpose of these warps to fantasize into popular entertainment to neutralize the origin from being taken seriously. Popular entertainment properly viewed is an encyclopedia of the top 10 list of evils and beyond.

Monarch Alters fundamentally create a front personality, front as in false front, while a deeper programming has some predesigned purpose. These deeper purposes are triggered by mechanisms of release, which could be anything, even happen accidentally. If you think that contributes to an understanding of the increasing sociopathic, psychotic mass murders that  began happening since about 1970 then good on you. Monarch alters gone wrong?

Monarch alters become a metaphor, meme replicators for the transformation of Brittany Spears/Britannia, Beyonce/Sasha Fierce, Lady Gaga/ ‘Joe Calderone’ and so on who give a chance at understanding. How many of these alter ego situations exist is of course in dispute, as if multiplying the phenomena reduces argument to disputing whether Britany is Britannia or Mona, a nickname, an alter ego, a persona, or an evolution of artists to release their energies, Prince with Camille, Bowie with Ziggy, Manson with Omega, not Jekyll and Hyde, or werewolf or Hulk. Or they can change as temporaries, Madonna's alter during Erotica was Dita. Mariah Carey = Bianca, Ciara = Super Ci, Miley Cyrus = Hanna Montana (go figure), Garth Brooks = Chris Gaines, Ashlee Simpson = Vicky Valentine, Britney Spears = Mona Lisa, Tyrese = Black Ty, Andre 3000 = Johnny Vulture, Possum Jenkins and Dookie, Mary J Blige = Brook-Lynn. You can quickly see what pseudonyms can do.
